The outdoor swimming pool is a true gem, adding a relaxing atmosphere to my stay. I couldn't get enough of the large, clean rooms that felt brand new. With great wifi, I enjoyed working from both my room and the sun terrace by the pool.

The room featured a small fridge, air conditioning, and USB charging points by the bedside. I appreciated the clean and new ambiance, along with daily free bottles of water. Breakfast had a mix of basic options and Chinese dishes. The tuk tuks outside didn't offer the expected 10 Baht rides, making transport a bit tricky. I faced some disturbances from noisy guests nearby, especially at 3:30 am. Reception staff were helpful, moving me to a quieter room after I complained. Although the hotel is slightly far from the main action in Pattaya, it's manageable with local transport.

The hotel feels isolated!!! Local amenities are scarce, requiring taxis for everything, which can be quite inconvenient!!! the fitness club is disappointingly small and lacks the equipment needed for a solid workout!!!

my stay at best western plus nexen pattaya was awsome! the staff were super friendly & welcoming, making us feel at home. the room was big, clean, and had great stuff like a fridge, air conditioning, and comfy beds. loved the massive breakfast buffet with lots of tasty options to choose from. the pool area was a nice surprise, perfect for chillin out.

the location was a bit far from the main beach, and some noisy guests kept me up one night.
